Events at Champagne Sports

We are proud to have worked at Champagne Sports on many occasions.

Our Photobooth offers 2×6″ Photostrips, 4×6″ Postcard Prints and 6×8″ Jumbo A5 Prints great for Gala Dinners and Awards. We offer a range of different variations from our Retro Photobooth to our Instant Printing Kiosk as well as our SPIN360 Videobooth. We have a variety of Luxury Backdrops available and included with our Photobooth Packages. These backdrops are available as an Addon with our Instant Printing Kiosk.

The spaces

Where the booth goes at Champagne Sports

Champagne Sports is a golf and conference resort with sixteen function venues, running from a room that banquets 850 down to boardrooms of twenty. Capacities are the resort’s own.

Banquet · 850

The Buttress Centre

1,200m² of floor and the largest room on the property — up to 1,400 delegates, or 850 at round tables for a banquet. At that size we bring the high-speed setup, which prints over 300 an hour so the queue never becomes the entertainment.

Conference · 1,000

The Sentinel Room

Up to 1,000 delegates. Wall enough for a full backdrop with the props table beside it, and far enough off the stage that the booth does not compete with the programme.

Conference · 550

Monks Cowl

Up to 550 delegates, and a common choice for a year-end function — the booth runs through dinner and the speeches and closes with the dancing.

Conference · 400

The Summit Room

Up to 400 delegates. The Instant Printing Kiosk suits this one; it takes up less floor than the retro booth and still prints for everybody.

Meetings · 20–150

The smaller venues

The rest of the sixteen, from 150 delegates down to private boardrooms of twenty. At this end the kiosk and a single backdrop is usually the right pairing.
