We are proud to have worked at Haycroft Farm on many occasions.

Our Photobooth offers 2×6″ Photostrips, 4×6″ Postcard Prints and 6×8″ Jumbo A5 Prints great for Gala Dinners and Awards. We offer a range of different variations from our Retro Photobooth to our Instant Printing Kiosk as well as our SPIN360 Videobooth. We have a variety of Luxury Backdrops available and included with our Photobooth Packages. These backdrops are available as an Addon with our Instant Printing Kiosk.

Where the booth goes at Haycroft Farm

Haycroft Farm is a farm before it is a function room, so the day moves between the forest, the deck and the hall. Capacities are the venue’s own.

Ceremony · outdoors

The pine forest

The outdoor ceremony, held in the pines above the dam. Nothing of ours goes here — we load in while the ceremony runs, so the booth is ready by the time guests come down for drinks.

The chapel

The indoor ceremony, which is what the Midlands weather is for. Same for us as the forest: the ceremony is our setup window.

Canapés · over the dam

The canapés deck

The deck and lawn over the dam, where drinks and canapés are served before dinner. The Instant Printing Kiosk suits it — it runs off a single table outdoors and moves inside afterwards.

Reception · 180

The reception hall

Dinner and dancing for up to 180, under fairy lights strung to the ceiling. Wall space here for the retro booth and a full backdrop, with the props table beside it.
