Photobooths, instant printing and the SPIN360 at The Groves in the Caversham Valley — a venue we have worked more than thirty times.

We are proud to have worked at The Groves on many occasions.

Our Photobooth offers 2×6″ Photostrips, 4×6″ Postcard Prints and 6×8″ Jumbo A5 Prints great for Gala Dinners and Awards. We offer a range of different variations from our Retro Photobooth to our Instant Printing Kiosk as well as our SPIN360 Videobooth. We have a variety of Luxury Backdrops available and included with our Photobooth Packages. These backdrops are available as an Addon with our Instant Printing Kiosk.

The spaces

Where the booth goes at The Groves

The Groves sits in the hills of the Caversham Valley, and the day moves from the orchard to the stables to the hall. Capacities are the venue’s own.

Ceremony · 140–200

The chapel

Stone and wood, set in the orchard with the farmlands beyond, seating 140 on the pews and up to 200 in all. A ceremony room, which makes it our load-in window.

The orchard river deck

The outdoor ceremony option, a timber deck on the bank of the Mpofana with crystal chandeliers hung over it. Same for us as the chapel.

Pre-reception

The stables

The converted undercover stable block, where guests gather before the reception. The Instant Printing Kiosk works well here — it runs off one table and moves through to the hall afterwards.

Reception · 200

The venue

The reception hall for up to 200, fireplace at one end and the terrace off the side. Wall space for a full backdrop, which is where the foliage wall and the lit timber panels have both gone.
