Events at The Glades

We are proud to have worked at The Glades on many occasions.

Our Photobooth offers 2×6″ Photostrips, 4×6″ Postcard Prints and 6×8″ Jumbo A5 Prints great for Gala Dinners and Awards. We offer a range of different variations from our Retro Photobooth to our Instant Printing Kiosk as well as our SPIN360 Videobooth. We have a variety of Luxury Backdrops available and included with our Photobooth Packages. These backdrops are available as an Addon with our Instant Printing Kiosk.

The spaces

Where the booth goes at The Glades

The Glades is a hundred hectares of indigenous forest, dams and hills outside Balgowan, with two rooms doing the work and a lot of lawn between them. Capacities are the venue’s own.

Ceremony · 150

The Chapel

The farm’s old stables, opened up into an open-air chapel seating 150 on wooden benches with the mountains behind the couple and blinds that drop when the Midlands weather turns. Nothing of ours goes up here — the ceremony is our load-in window.

Reception · 160

The Barn

Dinner and dancing for up to 160 at banquet-style wooden tables, with a fireplace at one end and the valley through the windows. There is wall for a full backdrop with the props table beside it.

Canapés · outdoors

The lawns

The grass between the chapel and the barn, where drinks and canapés are served. Both the retro booth and the kiosk work out here in daylight, and it is where a good half of the photographs on this page were taken.
